I couldn't believe my luck this morning when I saw the theme for the week over at Illustration Friday - Tales and Legends. I just completed this Little Red Riding Hood illo the night before and was going to post it on my blog today, along with one of my earliest drawings ever! My Mom sent an old scrapbook of mine from when I was a kid in our box of Christmas presents this year and I had drawn a series of Little Red Riding Hood pictures in the scrapbook. I bet she wasn't too pleased at the time! They sure are fun to look at now. Look how far I've come! Check out that hand! And why is the wolf green?I had a great time doing the current illo and I think it will be a great addition to my portfolio. Since I have a whole week to do another for the theme, I think I just might!
