Plain fun with plain old paper.
My entry for IF this week. Remember making newspaper hats and paper airplanes? Oh, so much fun can be had with paper. I still love paper and have great fun making stuff with it. Must have been all that early crafting I did as a kid. Do kids even do stuff like that anymore? I hope in this digital world kids don't lose out on the simple fun of creating things like paper hats.

cute illustration!
oh! This is great. Love his eyes and the background. I always loved making paper airplanes even if they did't fly very far!
Lovely illustration. And yes--we make paper hats for our little boy, he loves wearing them almost as much as he loves pulling them to pieces!
I like your take on the subject, and as always your illustration is top notch. Did you do your original drawing on an invoice? I like that paper texture.
I like background and the newspaper hat. Great expression!
Thanks for visiting my blog and commenting. :)
also--- SPIT BALLS!! (we used to chew up a wad of paper and then take the pen part out of a Bic pen and fire away!
very clever!
really neat, and I love the inter-office envelope!

Cute! I especially like the detail of the eyes crossed with effort!
