animal alphabet

Here are the first 2 images in an animal alphabet series I'm starting. I know, I know, it's been done before, over and over done before. But, what children's illustrator doesn't want to do a animal alphabet? I mean, it just goes with the job description. Am I right? When I get them done, they will be available for licensing.

Nice start! These look really sweet. Yes, there are other Alphabet sets but I think it is fun to create your own and put your own spin on it. So way to go! I look forward to your set.

I've been thinking about doing this too. If anything it's great practice, right? :)

Goodness! These are FANTASTIC happy colors and images. How great would these be in a kid's room! And of course, elephants ROCK.

You´re right, every children illustrator should do one animal alphabet once in a lifetime. It must to be very funny, I´d like to do it.
Your E and W are fantastic, beautiful, with these bright colors and these cute animals. I want to see more!

Every kids illustrator must have their own take on alphabets...I too have a version in pipeline for quite sometime now.

Love the colors and simplicity of these two :)

HAHA! these are great! I agree with your sentiments about "it has been done before" - but not with your style. i just started an animal alphabet too and thought the same thing.
