IF- caged

For Illustration Friday this week. Allie was caged on a small island, but he didn't care. With birds for friends, coconuts to eat and a big swamp to swim in, he was as happy as an alligator could be.

I finally started back up on my animal alphabet! At this rate, it might take a year to complete, but I consider it a long term goal that I work on when I can, so it's all good. More to share soon.

That is a happy alligator! Who doesn't love coconuts? It's almost as good as "J" ;)

This is gorgeous! I have a "thing" about drawing crocodiles! They'd have to be my favourite shape and colour combination and love your version here!

It must be alphabet time in the air because I've been re-working my alphabet set too! I can't wait to see more!

WAY TO GO! This is an awesome illustration, Nina. This may be my favorite of yours - there's definitely a shift - one that has more definition and richness..love it! Keep up the work and I'm sure you'll complete it sooner than you think. : )
